There are three main ways we do full arch implants at Astro Dental: All-on-4, using four implants for most patients; All-on-6, using six implants for extra stability; and Same Day Teeth, combining either technique with a temporary fixed bridge fitted the same day as surgery. All three end in the same place — a fixed, natural-looking arch of teeth — but the route differs based on your bone, your bite, and how quickly you want teeth fitted.

A full arch implant solution replaces every tooth in one jaw using a modest number of implants — normally four or six — to support a fixed bridge that's screwed into place rather than taken out.
A denture rests on the gums, can shift about, often covers the roof of the mouth, and depends on suction or adhesive to stay put. Full arch implants, by contrast, are fixed directly to the jaw — nothing moves, nothing's covered, and there's no glue involved.
That comes down to your bone volume and bite. All-on-4 suits the majority of patients, All-on-6 adds extra stability where the bone allows it, and Same Day Teeth can be layered onto either technique with a temporary bridge fitted on the day itself.
