Aims and objectives

  • Treat every patient the way we would want a member of our own family treated.
  • Talk with patients honestly, warmly and professionally at every stage of their care.
  • Keep our knowledge and professional skills up to date.
  • Listen to, and act on, patient views and opinions.
  • Explain treatment choices, likely outcomes and costs clearly before any care begins.
  • Refer patients for further advice where appropriate.
  • Respect patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Abide by the most recent standards of cross-infection control.
  • Make our complaints procedure known and available.
  • Actively seek patient feedback to ensure our services meet patients' needs and expectations.

In doing so, we aim to give every patient a genuine say in their own oral healthcare within a safe and supportive setting. What matters most to the patient stays at the heart of how we plan and deliver treatment.

To raise a complaint, please speak to a member of staff at reception at the earliest opportunity. You will be directed to our practice manager, who oversees all complaint handling.
